After filling, the full-automatic double liquid glue filling machine needs to do cleaning. If it is not cleaned, the residual glue in the mixing pipe will be completely solidified after a long time, and the whole mixing pipe will be scrapped, affecting the glue filling the next day.

So what kind of cleaning fluid is used to clean the mixing pipe after filling? Here are a few.

1. Washing water. Washing water is a common name for circuit board cleaning agent, which is used to clean the residual flux and rosin on the surface of PCB after soldering. Plate washing water is the most commonly used cleaning fluid in the current glue filling machine, the cleaning effect is better, and it is better to buy.

2. Tianna water, also known as banana water, is mainly composed of aromatic hydrocarbons such as benzene series, with pungent smell. As the solvent and diluent of spray painting industry, Tianna water is widely used in toys, plastic floss, furniture, color printing, electronics, printing and other industries. No matter what kind of glue, the effect of Tianna water is very good. However, Tianna water is currently under market control, and it is not easy to buy in some areas.

3. Acetone, English name is acetone, molecular formula is CH3COCH3. , also known as dimethyl ketone, is the simplest saturated ketone. It is a colorless transparent liquid with a special pungent smell. It is soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, ether, chloroform, pyridine and other organic solvents. The effect of acetone cleaning glue is also very good, but it is also controlled by the market as Tianna water, and it is not easy to buy in some places.

4. Ethyl acetate, also known as ethyl acetate, has low toxicity, sweet taste, pungent smell when the concentration is high, and easy to volatilize. It is a kind of fine chemical product widely used. It is an important organic chemical raw material and industrial solvent because of its excellent solubility, quick drying and wide application.

5. Pure industrial alcohol. Alcohol as a cleaning agent is better to buy, and the price is not expensive, but the cleaning effect of alcohol is very general, not as good as the above several.

There are two main cleaning methods for the automatic double liquid glue filling machine。
1. Manual cleaning: remove the mixing tube and put it in a container containing any of the above solvents for 10 minutes, and then wear rubber gloves to clean the mixing pipe. Pay attention to the above solvents in addition to alcohol, other have a certain degree of corrosivity, do not use hand direct contact, otherwise, the skin will be allergic.

2. Automatic cleaning. The glue filling machine is equipped with automatic cleaning function. Pour the cleaning liquid into the cleaning bucket, then open the three-way ball valve, close the glue pipe, open the cleaning channel, press the cleaning key on the touch screen of the glue filling machine, and the machine can complete the cleaning automatically in a few seconds. Compared with manual cleaning, automatic cleaning is much more convenient and cleaner.
