Because the curing agent on the one hand is very thin, on the other hand no impurities. For glue with low viscosity and good fluidity, but with a small amount of filler, it can also be measured by gear pump.
      

      
Working principle of gear pump: two gears of the same size are meshed and rotated in a close fitting shell. The inside of the shell is similar to "8" shape. Two gears are installed inside, and the outer diameter and both sides of the gear are closely matched with the shell. When the two teeth of the extruder are meshed, they are filled with material from the two teeth of the extruder.
      

      
When the filling machine is not used for a long time, the gear pump does not work, does not rotate, or there is abnormal noise when running?
      

      
On the one hand, it may be due to the glue, such as polyurethane glue. If it is not used for a long time, the curing agent reacts with water and crystallizes, so the pump body is stuck, so the pump can't rotate or there is abnormal noise. On the other hand, it may be that the glue has fillers. If it is not used for a long time, the glue remains on the gear pump to produce sedimentation and cause blockage.
      

      
In view of the above two cases, we can take apart the gear pump to clean up, the gear pump disassembly is very simple, loosen a few spiral can be completed. If the glue crystallizes and cannot be removed, remove the gear pump as a whole and soak it in the cleaning agent for 1-2 days before disassembly and cleaning.
