The glue used in glue pouring machine is mainly AB glue. AB glue usually has epoxy resin, silica gel, polyurethane. When the glue is black or dark gray, there are fillers in the glue. Like epoxy resin, polyurethane glue filling is generally in a glue. In the case of silica gel, if it is 1:1 silica gel, there are fillers in glue a and glue B.

There are many fillers, some are silicon powder, some are quartz sand, some are lime powder, etc. these fillers play the role of heat conduction and heat dissipation and increase hardness. But these fillers are hard and will precipitate, that is, they are layered with the glue. If the layer is layered, the characteristics of the glue will change, the density will also change, and the proportion will change. This will cause the glue not dry, some properties of the glue after curing can not reach the standard, and the poured product is unqualified.

How to prevent glue from settling? Today, I will explain it to you.
1. Mixing function is added to the barrel. When the machine is turned on, the mixing rod is always rotating, which can play a good role in preventing glue precipitation. In addition, the mixing rod should be longer in order to achieve better results. If the mixing rod is too short to stir at the bottom, the glue will still settle.

2. Before pouring glue, open the glue packaging barrel, stir it with a stick or stirring drill, and then pour the glue into the barrel.

3. You can buy some glue with better quality. The filler is relatively small, the particles are relatively fine, and the sedimentation is not so serious.

4. Buy glue with a shorter production date. The longer the glue is placed, the more serious the precipitation will be.

5. It is better to keep the glue filling machine in operation every day, not to use it for a long time. If you don't use it for a long time, such as a week or half a month, you should clean the glue out of the barrel, and then clean it with alcohol. Otherwise, the glue will settle in the barrel and pipe.

6. In order to prevent sedimentation, the shorter the conveying pipeline of the glue filling machine is, the better. The pipe is too long, and the glue is easy to deposit in it.
